Powhow handles all e-commerce for your studio. We accept all major credits cards and PayPal from clients.
Instructor Payment Options
All Powhow studio payments are made monthly. Instructors may choose to be paid either by check or by PayPal.
To set your payment preference, please visit your Account Settings, by clicking the gear icon next to your name on the top right corner of every page on Powhow.
It is a studio owner's responsibility to keep their payment account information current and up to date.
Instructor Payment Schedule
Payments will be calculated for the previous month on the first day of each month. Your seller account balance at the end of the period will be sent via check or deposited into your PayPal account approximately 10 business days from the end of the period. Monthly subscription fees are deducted from the previous month's earnings. If there is a positive balance, you will receive either a check or PayPal transfer based on your earnings. If there is a negative balance, your credit card on file will be charged.
Instructor Account Balance
An Instructor's account balance is determined by the following calculation:
Class seats sold - discounts - refunds - Powhow transaction fees
Note that “Class seats sold” is calculated as the total sales of all classes that have been sold during the payment period.
